Return Policy

  • I accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of purchase on unworn and undamaged jewelry. All custom, sale, or discounted pieces are final sale. Resizing or changes made to an existing piece will be considered custom.

  • Please email CobraCult prior to shipping any item for return or exchange. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Upon receiving returned items the account used for payment will be credited minus initial shipping charges.

  • CobraCult is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in shipping and highly recommends shipping returns with a tracking number.

Exchanges

  • Please email CobraCult to arrange exchanges on items. Items will not be eligible for exchange after 10 days. Custom orders, sale, and discounted pieces cannot be exchanged.

Custom orders

  • CobraCult welcomes custom orders and requires a $200 minimum for all custom work. Resizing or changes made to existing pieces are considered custom but do not require a $200 minimum.

Repairs

  • CobraCult is happy to help repair jewelry purchased from CobraCult.

Shipping policy

  • Items in stock will ship out within 3-5 business days via USPS First Class or Priority Mail unless otherwise noted. Business days exclude weekends and major holidays.

  • A $7.00 (First Class) or $12 (priority) shipping charge will be added to orders within the United States and includes tracking. A $20.00 charge will be added to International Orders, not including tracking. Tracking can be included on international orders and is highly recommended. Cost for tracking on international orders depends on location.

  • Custom and made-to-order items will take 3-6 weeks to process and ship. Please be patient with made to order items, we are designing/sizing and hand making your piece special for you so it's worth the wait!

  • We are in no way responsible for items lost or stollen in the mail. Please email shopcobracult@gmail.com for any questions regarding missing or stolen items.

  • If you have any special shipping or packaging requests please send us an email and we will try to accommodate your needs.
